Job Description
Perform counter sales of merchandise (bulk sales)
Execute action items given to the merchandise department by top management.
Record, tally, report and analyze merchandise department transactions.
Keep merchandise inventory stock in order with up to date balance count tally between physical and records
Plan purchases and replenishment of stocks
Supplier relationship & communication
Customer relationship and communication
Qualifications
Atleast SPM/ STPM/ STAM/ SKM or any related course.
Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to operate inventory management systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required

Role Description
This is a contract role for a Finance Executive – Reporting at Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam. As a Finance Executive – Reporting, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters, and utilizing analytical skills to support financial operations. The details job description as per below:-
Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements
Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and IFRS
Perform intercompany posting of invoices
Assist to prepare work instruction guide for the relevant work functions
Assist in ad-hoc assignments, analysis, projects and reporting
Support the production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast
Support monthly accounting close and financial reporting processes for P&L, and balance sheet reporting.
Review, analyse and interpret monthly financial results.
Work with the team to build the yearly operating plan, manage the annual financial planning process
Daily monitoring of cash collection
Intercompany reconciliations
Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
Manage the operational strategic workforce plan for the A/R operations team, including forecasting and analysing growth trends.
Provide quarterly updates to each business partner on performance and hiring recommendations.
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cash Collections forecasting in partnership with Treasury
Generate Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly results metrics and presentations
Build, Maintain & Manage Long Range Plan in conjunction with Financial Reporting Lead
Leverage roll out of analytics integrations to deliver Finance
Become a master of your data universe, maintain data quality and validity
Provide key BI support and ad hoc analysis to help business leaders to understand their business, and provide guidance on areas of improvement, and areas to focus to meet performance metrics.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Preparing balance sheets
Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
Providing customer service to clients
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills
Analytical Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
