LCISB x KLIA College: A Strategic Partnership for Malaysia’s Education Future

Alhamdulillah. Little Caliphs® International Sdn Bhd (LCISB), Malaysia’s leading provider of Islamic early childhood education and KLIA Professional and Management College (KLIA College), a recognised institution under KLIA Training & Research Centre Sdn Bhd have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to mark a significant step forward in elevating early childhood education, academic development and national talent readiness in line with Islamic values and nation-building aspirations.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Datuk Haji Roslan bin Nordin, Group Chief Executive Officer of LCISB; En. Ahmad Farhan bin Ahmad, General Manager (Operations); Tn. Mohd Hanis A Aziz, Executive Chairman of KLIA College; Tn. Hj. Hamdan Salleh, Member of the Board of Advisors of KLIA College; and Ust. Abu Bakr bin Mohd Sidek, Head of the Islamic Studies School at KLIA College.

Through this MoU, both organisations will work closely in academic research, knowledge and information sharing, as well as the development of joint training, workshops and short courses. The collaboration also aims to provide students with practical exposure through internships and industrial attachments, while paving the way for future initiatives that uphold holistic education rooted in adab, amanah, and ihsan which are values central to both institutions.

This strategic partnership draws from KLIA College’s strong foundation in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Aviation and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), combined with LCISB’s extensive nationwide preschool & playschool ecosystem and its established commitment to Islamic early childhood education.

This partnership comes at a pivotal time as Malaysia continues to address the growing demand for qualified early childhood educators and skilled TVET professionals. With more families seeking quality, structured and values-driven Islamic education for their children, the need for trained and competent teachers is rising steadily.

Datuk Haji Roslan emphasized, “This collaboration is more than a formal agreement; it is a shared commitment to strengthen our community through education. It creates meaningful opportunities for Malaysian youth to gain professional training, hands-on experience, and a solid foundation in Islamic pedagogy that nurtures both mind and soul.”

The collaboration between KLIA College and LCISB supports these national priorities by creating pathways for young Malaysians to gain professional training, Islamic pedagogy knowledge and real-world experience that prepare them for meaningful roles in education and related industries. It also reinforces the government’s ongoing push to strengthen TVET development and expand its role in shaping Malaysia’s future workforce, a cause aligned with the Islamic principle of preparing future generations with beneficial knowledge.
