Little Caliphs® Joined Franchise Business Dialogue Session with Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia in the United Kingdom

On 3rd June 2025, Little Caliphs® International Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to be part of the esteemed delegation attending the Franchise Business Dialogue Session which was held at The Salisbury Room, Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, in the heart of London, United Kingdom.

This high-impact session was chaired by YAB Dato’ Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid bin Hamidi, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, and was supported by key government bodies including the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (MECD), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, and the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA).

A Strategic Platform for Cross-Border Franchise Growth

The Franchise Business Dialogue served as a strategic engagement platform between Malaysian and UK stakeholders in the franchise ecosystem. The session was designed to spark meaningful discourse on G2G (Government-to-Government) and B2B (Business-to-Business) cooperation, with a strong emphasis on supporting Malaysia’s aspiration to expand local franchise brands beyond national borders.

Little Caliphs® was represented by four key personnel, who took part in the roundtable discussions and sharing sessions that highlighted the brand’s journey, innovation, and long-term vision.

Sharing Expertise in Islamic Early Childhood Education

In the sharing session, Little Caliphs® provided insights into:

  • Adaptation of Islamic-integrated curriculum for global markets

  • Licensing mechanisms and regulatory compliance in different regions

  • Community-centric strategies that support holistic development in young learners

These areas reflect Little Caliphs® core strength as a leading Islamic early childhood education provider in Malaysia, with a proven franchise model and a mission to empower the ummah through quality Islamic education.

Supporting the Nation’s Global Franchise Vision

The dialogue session also opened doors for potential collaboration, networking, and investment conversations with stakeholders from the UK. The presence of high-level government officials from both nations reinforced the commitment to facilitating franchise expansion and international cooperation.

As Malaysia continues to champion its franchise industry globally, Little Caliphs® is proud to play an active role in these diplomatic and economic initiatives which carry forward the nation’s values through education and entrepreneurship.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

Participating in this session marks another important milestone in Little Caliphs® journey toward globalisation and international recognition. We are humbled to contribute to the bigger narrative of Malaysian franchise excellence and to inspire future collaborations that bring Islamic values to more communities around the world.

This is not just a dialogue but it’s a step forward for Malaysia’s franchise ecosystem to be recognised as a global player. Little Caliphs® remains committed to building bridges across nations through quality Islamic early childhood education.
